Delivery Charges

Are based upon the total weight of the order and this is calculated each time a new item is added to the shopping cart.

 Up to 2 kg is € 25.00
Thereafter, €2.50 per Kg extra

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The ‘Company’ operates it’s website and shopping facility in accordance with the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ operated, regulated and enforced by the ‘Office of Fair Trading

 MAKING A PURCHASE

 Once you select an item from the product pages and click ‘Add to basket’ you will automatically be transferred to the Shopping Basket page where you can view your chosen items, here you will see that Carriage charges and VAT will be added to your order appropriately.

PAYMENTS

 Payments can be made using most types of debit or credit cards. Your details are transferred securely across the Internet as explained further in the Privacy Policy. Once you have completed your purchase transaction you will receive an email confirming that your transaction has been received and authorized. You must retain this email for future reference. At this point you have not been charged for your order and will not be charged until goods are ready for despatch. Your receipt will accompany your goods.

 FORMATION OF CONTRACT

 The agreement forming the contract between the ‘Company’ and the ‘’Consumer’ is not binding until the goods are despatched. This allows for any miscalculations, payment discrepancies or supply delays to be brought to the Consumers attention before the contract is concluded.

 CARRIAGE CHARGES & DELIVERY

 Carriage charges are applied to all orders unless the ‘Alternative Delivery Method’ is selected and approved, upon review by the ‘Company’. The ‘Company’ aims to process and despatch goods by the next working day, however please allow 5 working days. Should the ‘Company’ foresee that this would not be possible you will be notified. Delivery charges and advised schedule only applies to ES mainland addresses and is dependent of volume, stock holding and delivery methods used.

 DAMAGED GOODS

 At the point of receiving your delivery, if the packaging is damaged then sign the delivery note as ‘Damaged’ (where applicable). Upon inspection of your goods if the items are damaged please notify the ‘Company’ by telephone or email within 48 hours.

 FAULTY GOODS/WARRANTIES/CONDITIONS/DEFECTS LIABILITY

 In lieu of any warranty, condition or liability implied or imposed by law, the ‘Company’s’ liability in respect of any defect in or

failure of the goods, or for any loss, injury or damage attributable thereto, is limited to making good by replacement or

repair defects, which under proper use appear therein and arise solely from faulty design, materials or workmanship, within

a period of six calendar months after the original goods shall have been first dispatched, at the termination of which period

all such liability on the ‘Company’s’ part ceases; providing always that such defective parts are promptly returned to the ‘Company’ free unless otherwise arranged. The repaired or new parts will be delivered by the ‘Company’ to mainland ES addresses. In the case of goods manufactured by a third party, the ‘Consumer’ shall be entitled only to such benefits as the ‘Company’ may have under any guarantee given to it in respect thereof. The ‘Company’ gives no guarantee or undertaking that any goods will be suitable for any particular purpose or use (whether known to the ‘Company’ or not) and the ‘Company’ does not accept any liability arising from their failure, save as provided for above.

 CANCELLATION & RETURNS

 You may cancel your order at any point and up to 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received on goods that have not been used. You must notify the ‘Company’ by phone, email or letter. The ‘Company’ will reimburse you by the same method you paid. You are required to return the goods to the ‘Company’ complete, with the original packaging, in good condition and at your cost within 10 working days from you notifying the ‘Company’ of your cancellation. As a Consumer, you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.

SUPPLY OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS

 From time-to-time some of the products sold via the Aqualyze website may visually change in appearance. Where the changes are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance of the product, the ‘Company’ will continue to supply the product without notification to the Consumer. Your Cancellation rights are not affected, all factors in the ‘Cancellation & Returns’ section apply.
